Ares M338 is an airsoft replica of the famous Remington MSR .338 caliber sniper rifle, later named Remington MK21 Precision Sniper Rifle. The modern body of the model includes a picatinny rail along the entire length of the replica on the top, as well as 2 rails at the bottom, one on the left and one on the right, and 3 butt rails for mounting additional sling points or other accessories. The outer barrel is floating and has no contact with the hand guard - just like the original. Apart from a rubber Butt end - everywhere else the replica is as if cast from a single part - massive and strong. The flash hider has a quick thread for a silencer. The set includes two flash hiders - one black and one orange. The magazine is metal, with a capacity of 78 BB’s. The replica incorporates the new TX system, which allows easy conversion of CO2, with a muzzle energy of up to 6.8J while maintaining a light and short piston stroke. The conversion kit itself is not included with the replica.
